  • Platform: Refers to "Leptis" and all related digital services.
  • User: Any person who visits, registers, or uses the platform services, whether browsing for businesses or managing a business listing.
  • Business Account: An account created by a store, company, or organization to display its services and activities on the platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using or registering on the platform, you fully agree to these Terms.

3. Account Creation

  • Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration.
  • Users are responsible for keeping their login details confidential.
  • The platform reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts if terms or laws are violated.

4. Business Accounts

  • Stores, companies, and organizations may create business accounts to display their activities.
  • Business accounts must include: trade name, type of activity, working hours, address, social media links, and contact details.
  • The account owner is fully responsible for the accuracy, validity, and timely update of this data.

5. Nature of the Platform

  • The platform connects users with local businesses and enables business owners to list and manage their businesses.
  • The platform does not interfere with transactions, services, or outcomes between users and businesses.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

  • The platform is not responsible for any errors, negligence, or breaches of contractual obligations by users or business account owners.
  • Any disputes or claims that arise between users and businesses must be resolved directly among them without the platform’s involvement.
  • Users acknowledge that using the platform is at their own risk.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All trademarks, designs, texts, software, and content on the platform are owned by GREATER LABDA FOR ELECTRONIC SERVICES LLC (operating the Leptis platform), except where third-party rights are acknowledged.
  • No part of the platform may be copied, republished, or exploited without prior written permission.

8. Additional Services

  • The platform may provide auxiliary services such as voucher redemption (to activate business accounts), search, and organizational tools.
  • These services do not change the platform’s nature as an intermediary and do not create additional liabilities regarding service execution.
